Juniors and Seniors Division

Juniors:
The PLL Juniors Spring Program is for players who have aged out of the Little League Majors Division and still want to play local baseball. It is for 13 and 14 year-olds (or advanced 12 year olds, see note below) and it offers the challenge of pitching from 54 feet and running/throwing to bases that are 80 feet apart. Leads and steals are allowed. Practices and home games are held at Cooper Field at Terra Nova. Games are played locally as well as against other Juniors teams throughout District 52. District 52 stretches from Pacifica to Palo Alto and some games would require travel to Peninsula field sites. Registrants would receive a hat and a jersey. There are typically 2 practices in the pre-season and one when the season starts. Typically there are 2 games a week from March through May.
